Head Start services are delivered to preschoolers through two program options: Preschool Five-Day Option and Preschool Extended-Day Option

Preschool Five-Day Option
- Offers a part-day program
- Operates September to June
- Includes eight home visits and /or parent conferences throughout the year
- Meals are provided
Preschool Extended-Day Option
- Offers year-round childcare
- Full-day care is available
- Groups up to 18 (providing no children under age 3)
- Includes three home visits and/or parent conferences per year
- Parents are assigned hours based on their schedules
- Meals are provided
- Fees do apply for Extended-Day option
