Center-based infant and toddler care for qualifying families, plus personalized home-based support beginning during pregnancy.

Early Head Start serves children from birth to age 3. Head Start serves children ages 3–5. We also provide a home-based program for expectant families.
Eligibility is based on several factors, including household income and family circumstances. Families receiving certain public benefits may automatically meet income-eligibility requirements. Contact us—we’ll help you determine whether you qualify.
A Family Advocate or Home Visitor will contact you, via your preferred method, to discuss your family’s needs, confirm eligibility, explain available programs and help you complete the application.
