Hazard:

The plastic wings can detach from the body of the teether, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Remedy:

Refund

Consumers should immediately take the recalled teethers away from young children and return them to any Target store for a full refund, or contact Battat to return by mail for a full refund.

Description:

This recall involves B. toys Light-Up Firefly Teether Glowy Chews – Firefly Frank, plastic infant teethers.  The colorful teethers shaped like a Firefly are blue, green and red and light up when shaken.

Incidents/Injuries:

Battat has received 14 reports of the wings detaching or pieces of the wing breaking off, including one report of a child choking on a broken piece of the wing.

Sold At:

Target stores nationwide and online at Target.com from July 2019 through February 2021 for about between $6 and $10.

Charging Cases Sold with Audio-Technica Wireless Headphones, Model ATH-CK3TW

Hazard:

The portable charging cases can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the charging cases and contact Audio-Technica for instructions on returning the charging cases for a free replacement charging case.  Audio-Technica will provide consumers with a prepaid return shipping label and will send consumers a replacement charging case upon receipt of the returned case.

Description:

This recall involves the charging cases sold with Audio-Technica Wireless Headphones, Model ATH-CK3TW.  The charging cases are made of plastic and were sold in black, blue, white and red colors.  All colors of the charging cases will be replaced. The model number is printed on the rear of the charging case.

Incidents/Injuries:

The firm has received four reports of incidents of the charging cases overheating, all outside of the United States.  These incidents resulted in damage to the charging cases and to the surfaces on which charging occurred.  No injuries have been reported.

American Musical Supply, Inmotion Entertainment Group, Micro Electronics, Music and Arts Center stores and other retailers nationwide and online at Amazon.com and audio-technica.com from December 2019 through February 2021 for between $100 and $120.

The heart-shaped graphics located on the knees of the romper can peel off or detach, posing a choking hazard to children.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled rompers away from children and return them to any Target Store for a full refund.  Consumers who purchased the romper on Target.com can contact Target to receive a prepaid return label to return the romper.

This recall involves Cat & Jack Baby Heart Ears Rompers.  The rompers were sold in sizes newborn to 24M.  They have gray knit fabric with red trim on the wrists, ankles and pockets, red hearts on the knees and the hood, red and white-striped lining inside the hood and snaps on the legs.  The product item number is printed on the white tag inside of the romper.  Rompers with the following product item numbers are included in the recall:

Description:

This recall involves Playgro’s Clip Clop activity rattles.  The horse-shaped, plush, stuffed rattle is blue and has four legs, two of which are rattles and one has a mirror.  The horse comes with an abacus bar and three beads attached to its back.  Clip Clop is written on a green name tag on the side of the horse.  The Playgro logo appears on the front of a sewn-in seam label and batch code number 010053 or 010082 is printed on the back of the label.  UPC code 9321104011459 is located on the product packaging.

Incidents/Injuries:

No incidents or injuries have been reported.

Walmart stores nationwide and online at Walmart.com from November 2020 through January 2021 for about $5.
